Legal Entity & Trade Name Notice: Welcome to fungrowtechnologies.com. This website and its services are owned, managed, and operated by SONI DEVI, trading as Fungrow Technologies. By using fungrowtechnologies.com, you agree to these terms. Product access for Growth OS and WhatsApp Business Suite is governed by those products’ own terms when you create an account there.

Managed packages

Managed packages provided by SONI DEVI (Fungrow Technologies) are one-time delivery bundles (website, hosting, support, and optional app). They are not auto-renewing software subscriptions, and they are not billed monthly or yearly. Recurring billing applies only to standalone hosting plans. Starter does not include a mobile app; a WebView app and Play Store listing may be quoted separately. Business includes a WebView app, up to 50 product listings, and 500 MB hosting storage. Pro Growth includes 2 months of Email & SMS marketing; further months are billed separately. Native app rebuilds and extra store listings may have extra cost. After payment, work progress is posted in your dashboard.

AI packages, email, themes, and code

AI packages and professional email are subscriptions. Credentials and access are provisioned after payment and appear in your dashboard. Themes and ready-made codes are one-time digital purchases; the download appears in your dashboard after payment.

Hosting

Hosting is a recurring reseller service operated by SONI DEVI (Fungrow Technologies). Monthly plans are billed every 30 days; yearly plans every 365 days. Credentials are provisioned after payment and appear in your dashboard. Uptime and infrastructure are provided by the upstream host. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case before provisioning is completed.

Tax & Legal Entity Invoicing

Prices shown on public plan pages exclude GST. Applicable taxes are calculated according to Indian tax regulations under the registered business entity SONI DEVI (Fungrow Technologies) and shown at checkout after you log in.

Reviews & Acceptable Use

Client reviews submitted on this site are published only after approval by SONI DEVI / Fungrow Technologies. You must not use purchased services for illegal content or to abuse third-party platforms. We reserve the right to suspend access that violates acceptable use policies.
